Purchases made through the online store www.bablanc.com imply acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the client, in compliance with applicable e-commerce legislation and specific regulations concerning product quality, safety, and environmental standards.

BABLANC® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this website.

BABLANC® shall not be held liable for any website unavailability, regardless of duration, and reserves the right to restrict access to certain areas of the website for technical or legal reasons.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. BABLANC® reserves the right to discontinue products or alter specifications and pricing at its discretion. Pricing always refers to a single unit and is Ex-Works Maia, Portugal.

Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes, which will be added as per legal requirements.

Standard packaging is included. If the client requests special packaging, a separate quote will be provided.

Orders will only be processed once they are confirmed. The order confirmation must include: purchase order number, product references (including model numbers if applicable), quantities, estimated shipping date, billing address, product prices, and payment terms. BABLANC® will issue an invoice upon dispatch of goods.

Payment terms are defined in the order confirmation.

  • Standard products: 50% deposit upon order confirmation + 50% before shipment.

  • Custom products: 100% full payment required to initiate production.

Orders will only enter production once the final invoice has been signed/stamped by the client and the respective payment received.

Payments must be made via bank transfer, and the proof of transfer (receipt) must be sent along with the signed/stamped invoice by email to the designated sales representative. Advance payments are non-refundable.

Transport fees and taxes are not included in product pricing. Shipping quotes can be provided upon request. Clients must inspect the goods upon delivery. Proof of delivery must be signed with “subject to inspection,” even if no visible damage is apparent. Failure to do so or to submit a written claim within 7 business days releases BABLANC® from liability for damages incurred during transit.

Shipping quotes are valid for 10 business days from the date issued. If the client wishes to proceed with the quoted service, a revised estimate will be provided prior to shipping.

Our standard delivery service is door-to-door from our warehouse to the ground floor of the address provided. It does not include customs fees, handling, unpacking, or removal of packaging materials.

If the client arranges their own transport (EXW), BABLANC® is not liable for any events occurring during shipping.

Storage fees may apply at a rate of 10% of the total invoice value per week if the remaining balance is not paid in full and/or shipping arrangements are not made within 10 business days of notification that the order is ready. This fee will be compounded weekly in Portugal.

Samples are available for most finishes and materials. To request a sample kit, please contact BABLANC® directly.

Standard packaging is included in the product price. Any special packaging requests will be subject to a tailored quotation.

The average production lead time at BABLANC® is 8 weeks, excluding shipping time.

For custom pieces or made-to-order projects that include modifications to standard products (color, size, finish, or fully bespoke designs), lead time will be defined on a case-by-case basis. The lead time starts upon receipt of full paymentand the signed technical drawing.

We offer product customisation or development tailored to the needs of the contract market. Special pricing based on quantity and specifications will apply. Please contact BABLANC® for a personalised quote.

BABLANC® does not warrant against natural changes in finishes over time, variations caused by exposure to light, or damages due to misuse or external objects.

In the event of a confirmed defect, BABLANC® reserves the right to decide whether repair or replacement is the most suitable solution, within a timeline to be agreed upon with the client.
